"Energy Balls":homemade crunchy snacks

The little hollow is the sworn enemy of the diet and the best friend of your package of chocolate cookies stashed in the drawer. King of guilt, it puts our minds and stomachs to the test. So, rather than cracking on the jar of Nutella or the cookie lying around:make yourself some "Energy Balls". These little bites of oats decorated according to our desires have the perfect consistency to calm the purr of our little can without too much maintenance of our muffin top (yes the English call our love handles like the muffin hat... it's cute!) since one bite is enough.

We've selected a recipe idea for you, but don't hesitate to create! The preparation takes 5 minutes, so you have time to screw up... That's the good thing about these little love balls:they adapt to all tastes!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls

(Well, that's in case of the ultimate crush and because it's the weekend!)

For 12 "Energy Balls" You will need:

– 1 ripe banana

– 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

– 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter (preferably organic)

– 2 tablespoons flax seeds

– 1 tablespoon of rolled oats

– A hint of vanilla

Hop Hop Hop, put on your apron and get started:mash the banana in a bowl and add everything else:mix and make 12 small balls in the palm of your hand (a bit like small bites), put them 30 minutes in the fridge and enjoy!

Do not hesitate to change the seeds, to add dried fruits, Cranberry or even honey and almonds… All that matters is to make you little snacks that make you happy!
