Ingredients

For 4 people - Preparation:15 min

- 1 small jar of anchovy fillets

- 1 jar of roasted red peppers

- 4 cloves of garlic

- 1 egg yolk

- 25 cl of olive oil

- Salt and pepper

- 1 cut baguette

How to

I'm preparing my aioli:

1. I peel the garlic cloves, cut them in half and remove the germs.

2. I pound them very finely in a mortar.

3. I add the egg yolk, pour the olive oil in a trickle while turning constantly. The sauce should thicken like mayonnaise.

4. I salt and pepper.

I prepare my tapas:

1. I cut my baguette into thin slices.

2. I spread each slice with a little aioli.

3. I add a small piece of pepper on top and then, to finish, I add an anchovy.

Result

There you go, it's already ready :-)

Simple, cheap and delicious!

Bonus tip

To make your aioli a success, your ingredients must all be at room temperature:remember to take your eggs out of the fridge at least 1 hour before preparation.

Made too much aioli? Keep it in the fridge (in an airtight box) for 24 hours and enjoy it without delay with raw vegetables or fish. A real delight!
