Delicious ideas for a successful dinner aperitif

Aperitif dinner:savory recipes

The aperitif dinner is an aperitif that serves as a real meal, the appetizers must therefore be more generous than for a classic aperitif. Be careful though to vary the tastes and ingredients to please everyone! Bet on the verrines, always appreciated and original. A delicious idea? Put cherry tomatoes at the bottom of your verrine, then a layer of fresh goat cheese, black olive tapenade, basil and aperitif cakes crushed into pieces! Also make mini feta-dried tomato cakes, small puff pastries with mini sausages and melon-raw ham peaks-small balls of mozzarella. For a little freshness, cut strips of vegetables to dip in cheese spread. For the winter, put a Camembert, a Reblochon or a Mont d'Or in the oven and cut small pieces of bread to dip in it. Yum!

Let’s not forget the dessert and the cocktails!

Make mini cookies in the oven and small chocolate fondants in mugs to be made very quickly in the microwave! Add a touch of whipped cream and a scoop of ice cream for decoration. The drink is also a very important element of the aperitif dinner! For an original cocktail, opt for a vodka-gin-triple sec mix with pineapple juice and orange juice and a few drops of strawberry and banana syrup. Add lemon juice to break up the sweet taste of the drink. You can also go more classic with a fresh fruit punch or fruity mojitos. To make them, follow a mojito recipe and add a few drops of fruit syrup or pureed fresh fruit and mix well. Avoid mixing alcohols and stay on the same basis for all the drinks that will be served during the evening.
