Ingredients for 4 people

Preparation time: 10 mins

- 2 stirred yogurts

- 4 carrots

- 1 cucumber

- 250 g button mushrooms

- 1 bunch of chives

- 1 teaspoon of mustard

- Salt and pepper

How to

1. Peel carrots and cut them lengthwise into thin strips.

2. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half and then slice the two pieces equally lengthwise.

3. Then peel the mushrooms and cut them into strips.

4. Chop the chives.

5. In a bowl, pour the 2 yogurts and mix well to obtain a smooth mixture.

6. Add the chives, salt and pepper.

Result

There you go, my aperitif made with vegetables is now ready :-)

Now all I have to do is arrange my cut vegetables nicely in a dish and serve with my chive sauce!

And it's an aperitif that comes back to me at €1 per person or at €4.01 for 4 people.

My bonus tip

I like to add a few cherry tomatoes which will give even more color to my dish.

I also vary the pleasures by adding new vegetables, such as cauliflower or even radishes!
