Prepare the fruits by peeling them. Slice the pink grapefruit and kiwis, quarter the Mara des bois strawberries, and leave the raspberries whole.
Divide the fruit evenly across four sheets of aluminum foil. Add 2 sprigs of mint to each. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar. Seal hermetically by folding and crimping the edges securely.
Bake for 5 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C (th. 6/7).
For the coulis, blend the 2 carefully washed but unpeeled oranges with the lemon juice, 10g water, and 15g powdered sugar. Strain and chill.
Open the papillotes and drizzle with the cooled orange coulis. Serve immediately for a light, refreshing dessert.
