Preheat oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Clarify the butter: Gently heat it over low heat, then strain the golden liquid, discarding the milky whey.
Peel and slice the onions. Cut the peppers into thin strips.
Sauté onions and peppers in clarified butter for 10 minutes. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Stir in honey, green curry, and a pinch of all-spice. Cook until fragrant.
Divide dough into 6 balls. Shape each into a round base by gently stretching like pizza dough.
Top each base with the onion-pepper mixture.
Dust a baking sheet with flour and arrange the tarts. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
