Sliced Smoked Chicken with Red Cabbage and Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients (Serves 2)
  • 1/2 red cabbage
  • 300 g smoked chicken
  • Green pumpkin seeds
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
  1. Clean and thinly slice the red cabbage.
  2. Slice the smoked chicken.
  3. Quickly blanch the red cabbage in boiling water with vinegar, then drain.
  4. Arrange the red cabbage on plates.
  5. Top with the sliced chicken.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
