  • Green onion and red onion (sliced)

  • Romaine lettuce leaves
  • Fresh ginger (finely diced)
  • Tomato (peeled, seeded, and brunoise-cut)
  • Taïllandaise vinaigrette*

Preparation Steps

  1. Julienne the cooked chicken.
  2. Peel and thinly slice the green and red onions.
  3. Peel and seed the tomato, then cut into a fine brunoise.
  4. Peel and finely dice the fresh ginger.
  5. Toast the sesame seeds until golden.
  6. Trim, wash, and arrange the romaine leaves.
  7. Prepare the dressing*.

Thai Dressing Ingredients

  • 45 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. spiced chili flakes
