Duck with olive

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 duck
  • 1 can of olives
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • Herbs (parsley, thyme, bay leaf,…)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil

Preparation

Cut the duck into large pieces.

Cut the onion and the tomatoes. Crush the garlic cloves.

Brown the duck in the oil.

Add onion, garlic and tomatoes.

Reduce the sauce.

Add the herbs and olives.

Moisten with wine.

Simmer for 1h30 over low heat.
