Every six months at Frites Atelier, our head chef Sergio unveils innovative Frites Specials, born from his extensive travels and deep expertise in global cuisines. This season, he's introduced two standout flavors: the robust 'Classic Spiced Indonesian Stew' and the vegetarian 'My Umami'.

This Rendang-inspired special captures the essence of Indonesian cuisine with homemade sambal, sweet-and-sour pickled vegetables, and rich notes of ginger, chili, and coconut milk. Aromatic kaffir lime adds a vibrant, fresh twist to this authentic stew.

Perfect for cooler months, this dish delivers profound umami through black olive powder, hard-aged ricotta, mushroom tapenade, and our house-made truffle mayonnaise. Finished with chopped chives and grated lemon zest for a balanced finish.

Sergio has elevated our menu further by swapping the beef burger for this Cheddar Cheese Burger. A juicy grilled Black Angus patty sits atop a brioche bun, smothered in melted cheddar and parmesan. Crisp lettuce, pickled jalapeño peppers, and our signature Samurai sauce bring a spicy, flavorful kick.

Now available: our Apero Croquettes, offering the best of shrimp, beef, and cheese varieties in mini form. Paired with house truffle-basil mayo and tartar sauce, they're ideal for sharing and savoring every bite.
