Ingredients for Mallorcan Trampó Salad:
– 4 beef tomatoes
– 2 red pointed peppers
– 1 large white onion
– 1-2 cloves of garlic
– 0.5 tsp sugar
– 1.5 teaspoons salt
– 5 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
– 0.5 tsp ground pepper
– 1 small handful of parsley leaves for garnish
Preparation
Finely dice the onions, quarter the tomatoes and chop into pieces. Slice the pepper tops into half-moons or quarter-moons. Pat the onion pieces dry with a clean tea towel.
