1 bunch of new turnips (5-6 small turnips)
1 knob of butter
1 spoon of liquid honey
Kikkoman Sweet Soy Sauce
Quinoa
A few coriander leaves
Cook the quinoa according to package directions.
Wash and peel the turnips, slice into rings, and boil in salted water for 10 minutes until slightly crunchy. Drain well.
In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the turnips. Once they start to brown, stir in 1 spoonful of honey. Caramelize over low heat, turning regularly. Three minutes before finishing, add 1 tablespoon of Kikkoman Sweet Soy Sauce.
Arrange the quinoa on a plate, top with the caramelized turnips, and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. This dish is irresistibly delicious and perfect for a healthy meal.
