Professional Sensory Analysis
A panel of master sommeliers, journalists, wine brokers, and industry experts evaluated the wines. Served blind in numbered INAO glasses—with randomized tasting orders—each received a score out of 20 based on visual, olfactory, and gustatory qualities.
Wines scoring 13-16.5 were rated "good." The "quality/price" distinction went to those scoring 13+ where jurors estimated the price at double the actual cost.
