2. Scrambled eggs

A simple, yet delicious way to eat your eggs:scrambled eggs. One of the secrets to making soft, creamy scrambled eggs is constantly moving the eggs around the pan with a rubber spatula. Fry them on a low heat until they just start to set to prevent dried out eggs. Only add salt and pepper after baking, otherwise you may end up with watery bits.

3. Soft-boiled egg

Do you want something different, but not too different? Try a soft-boiled egg. The key to success is putting your eggs in cold water and then bringing it to a boil. Once the water is boiling rapidly, remove the eggs from the heat and cover the pan for three minutes before shocking the eggs under cold water. This leaves a yolk that is comparable to that of a poached egg. Do you want your yolk a little firmer? Boil your egg for four minutes. A soft-boiled egg is delicious on an avocado sandwich with some chili flakes on top – give it a try!

4. Quiche

A quiche is the French version of a frittata, but in the form of a pie with a crispy crust. This gives a quiche a lot of body and texture. You can put whatever ingredients you love in your quiche, from goat cheese, walnuts and honey to salmon, leeks and cream cheese. The possibilities are endless!

Delicious on an English muffin or croissant with hollandaise sauce, but also very tasty on top of your grilled vegetables.

8. Fried egg

Why make it difficult when you can do it easily? Of course you can also fry a nice egg. For example, a fried egg:a crispy egg with a liquid yolk. Delicious on a toasted sandwich, don't you think?

9. Frittata

Are you looking for an egg that will keep you full for longer? Then try making a frittata! It is an Italian egg dish in which you can use all kinds of ingredients:from tomato, cheese and meat to vegetables and potatoes. An ideal meal if you have some leftovers in your fridge!
