Noodles with Salmon and Samphire
Serves 2
Prep & Cook Time: 55 minutes
Ingredients:
- 250 g salmon fillet
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 150 g noodles
- 100 g samphire
Instructions:
- Place the salmon fillets in a deep plate. Mix 3 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp sesame oil, then drizzle over the salmon. Let marinate for 45 minutes.
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan and sear the salmon for 6 minutes, turning halfway.
- Add samphire to the pan after 1 minute of cooking the salmon; continue frying for 5 more minutes.
- Divide noodles between two plates, top with salmon and samphire, and drizzle with remaining soy sauce and sesame oil.
