Noodles with Salmon and Samphire

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 250 g salmon fillet
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
  • 150 g noodles
  • 100 g samphire

Instructions:

  1. Place the salmon fillets in a deep plate. Mix 3 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp sesame oil, then drizzle over the salmon. Let marinate for 45 minutes.
  2. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan and sear the salmon for 6 minutes, turning halfway.
  4. Add samphire to the pan after 1 minute of cooking the salmon; continue frying for 5 more minutes.
  5. Divide noodles between two plates, top with salmon and samphire, and drizzle with remaining soy sauce and sesame oil.
