Ingredients

  • 300 grams oliebollen, sliced
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 300 ml milk
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 apples
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla pod

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Slice oliebollen and place in a large bowl.

2. Heat milk with sugar until dissolved, then pour over oliebollen. Add whipped cream and stir well.

3. Peel and chop apples, then mix in with egg yolks, vanilla seeds, and cinnamon.
