October 16 is World Food Day—a global call to action for sufficient, healthy, and sustainable food systems. Our nation is hosting an engaging online live show with renowned chefs, experts, and food changemakers.

Hosted by Helen Kranstauber and Ikenna Azuike, here's what to expect:

  • Live Cooking Demo: Chef Vanja van der Leeden, acclaimed cook, writer, and author of the 2019 Golden Cookbook winner Indorock, prepares a flavorful Indian dish with a local twist.
