After Christmas tip:day after smoothie

There's a good chance you've been eating heavily in the past few days, so here's an after-Christmas tip that you can use right away tomorrow morning:a day after smoothie.

This vitamin bomb is ideal for the day after † It has an antioxidant effect, counteracts cell aging and prevents or reduces stomach complaints.

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp broken linseed
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 ice cubes (less if you use frozen fruit)

Preparation

Place all ingredients in the blender in the order of the ingredients list and blend until smooth.
