Vegetarian pop-up restaurants

Fortunately, as a vegetarian you can go to more and more restaurants, but sometimes the choice is limited. During the Vegetarian Restaurant Week, a number of pop-up restaurants will therefore temporarily open in cities where there are few vegetarian restaurants.

Create more supply
The initiative comes from the Vegetarian Union. 'During Vegetarian Restaurant Week, people can enjoy culinary delights in countless restaurants, but there are still places where there is 'nothing'. We don't want to disappoint anyone. That is why we are setting up pop-up restaurants in these vegetarian deserts.'

These are the pop-up restaurants
Bolswerksmolen in Deventer (24 and 25 September), Werkcafé Zoomers in Nieuwegein (25 and 26 September), 't Rode Hert in Alkmaar (2 and 3 October), De Oude Ambachtsschool in Apeldoorn (3 and 4 October) and Wind force 13 in Den Helder (8 and 9 October). All popups will only be open for a few days. Dinner is provided by a local chef. The menu will cost €27.50, just like in all other participating restaurants.
