Peeling kiwi fruit is not very complicated. Only if you know this little trick:
With the kiwi, you have to think upside down.
We do not remove the skin, but the flesh.
Cut your kiwi in 2 and, with a small spoon, turn inside to remove the flesh in a single block, as in the video below. (In English, but just look at it to understand)
No more peeling with a knife;-):
