- 1 tablespoon of sugar:around 15 g at €1.19 per kilo, i.e. €0.02

- 20 cl of milk:€0.71 per liter or €0.14

Preparation in 5 min

1. I wash and hull my strawberries then cut them into pieces.

2. I place my cut fruit, vanilla ice cream, milk and sugar in my blender.

3. I mix everything until you get a smooth mixture.

- 1 scoop of passion fruit sorbet (15 ml):€3.09 per liter or €0.05

- 100 g of pineapple:€5.99 per kilo, i.e. €0.60

- 1 small banana:about 100 g at €1.49 per kilo, i.e. €0.15

- 1/2 lime:about 50 g at €6.95 per kilo, i.e. €0.35

- 1 natural stirred yoghurt:125 g at €1.18 per kilo, i.e. €0.15

Preparation in 10 min

1. I cut my pineapple in 4 lengthwise.

2. I remove the core and cut the flesh into small cubes. I put about 100 g in the container of my blender.

3. I peel my banana and cut it into pieces.

4. I pour my banana pieces, my scoop of ice cream and my yogurt into my blender.

5. I cut my lime in 2 and squeeze the equivalent of a tablespoon of juice which I pour into my blender.

6. I mix everything.

7. I serve immediately chilled.

5. The original:the cucumber-fresh mint milkshake

My Ingredients for 1 Glass of 33 cl

- 1/4 of a small cucumber:€0.99 each, around €0.25

- 10 g of fresh mint:€65 per kilo, i.e. €0.65

- 20 cl of milk:€0.71 per liter or €0.14

- 1 pinch of salt

Preparation in 10 min

1. I peel my cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the seeds then cut into small dice the equivalent of 1/4 of the cucumber.

2. I rinse my mint and pluck it.

3. I put my cucumber cubes and my mint in my blender then pour my milk and a pinch of salt.

4. I mix everything.

5. I serve immediately chilled.

My bonus tip

Do you have a little milkshake left in the bottom of your blender? Pour it into a container that you will cover with aluminum foil and keep your preparation in the refrigerator for no more than 48 hours.

But, in order to avoid any leftovers, I have given you in each of these recipes the quantity necessary to make just one 33 cl glass. I'm sure you'll enjoy your milkshake to the last drop!
