Valentine s Day:my special menu to share with friends!

For Valentine's Day, I offer you these three recipe ideas, both tasty and surprising, for a menu that will awaken your lover's taste buds!

1. A sensual entrance

To start a menu full of desires, I offer you my small cabbage stuffed with salmon .

The ingredients of love:20cl of liquid cream, ½ lemon, 2 slices of smoked salmon, chives, dill

- Whip your liquid cream with lemon juice.

- Add chives and a little dill.

- Garnish with small puffs bought in the store (or homemade if you have a little courage!) of this preparation.

- Add slices of smoked salmon, and sprinkle with the remaining dill.

- Serve very cold, and quickly enough, so that the cream does not soak the puffs too much!

2. A stimulating main course

Still in love after entry? So we continue with my recipe for Ginger scallops on a bed of zucchini.

The ingredients for happiness:Eight scallops, 1 ginger root, 1 green pepper, 1 onion, 1 lime, olive oil.

- Brown the onion, the diced pepper and add half the grated ginger.

- Squeeze the lemon into the pan. Saute your zucchini cut into strips in this preparation, about 8 minutes. They must remain crunchy.

- In another pan, brown the scallops in a little olive oil. Sprinkle with the rest of the grated ginger.
- When ready to serve, place a bed of zucchini at the bottom of the plate. Add four scallops and garnish with a dash of balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.

3. A voluptuous dessert

To spice up the end of this meal full of love, I offer you the secret of my final potion:a chocolate fondant .

Ingredients:250g chocolate, 100g sugar, 80g flour, 200g butter, 3 eggs

- Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Meanwhile, separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them until stiff.

- Mix the sugar and the egg yolks until the mixture whitens. Pour in the melted chocolate and butter. Mix well.

- Add the flour and then gently fold in the whipped egg whites.

- Fill small silicone molds halfway up. Place a square of chocolate (to accentuate the fondant when tasting!) and finish filling the moulds.

- Bake for 15 minutes in a hot oven (thermostat 7). You can serve these fondants cold or warm, accompanied by custard.

To finish this meal , some chocolate truffles, homemade of course, accompanied by a glass of champagne will be perfect!
