Making a cherry clafoutis?
So, pit the cherries without damaging them with our trick.
To pit cherries delicately and without cutting them in half, use a paperclip.
In this video, you will see how to pit your cherries easily and quickly.
1. Push the paper clip through the head of the cherry, where its stem is.
2. Remove the core with a sharp blow. The core is not far away and therefore quickly removed.
There you go, you have easily removed the pits from your cherries :-)
