- 120 g butter, cut into pieces

- 100 g breadcrumbs

- 30g of flour

- 2 medium-sized courgettes, cut into thin slices

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

How to

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 30g of butter.

2. In a deep plate, melt 60g of butter in the microwave.
