Clafoutis with pears, apples and honey

Before embarking on the recipe for apple, pear and honey clafoutis, note that this recipe is compatible with other fruits (apricots, Mirabelle plums, cherries, etc.).
Ingredients for a clafoutis for 6 people:
– 4 apples
– 4 pears
– 4 eggs
– 200g sugar
– 100g flour
– 20cl liquid cream
– 20cl milk
– 1 vanilla pod (or vanilla sugar)
– 1 tbsp cinnamon
– 1 pinch of salt
– 2 tbsp honey
– 50g butter.
Start by preheating your oven to 180°C, then brown the fruit for a few minutes in the butter, cinnamon, vanilla and honey, after having cut them into coarse cubes. Mix the other ingredients in a salad bowl and incorporate the fruits into the preparation. Pour everything into a dish previously buttered by you, then bake for 35 min. All that remains is to taste!

Savory clafoutis with goat cheese and cherry tomatoes

Yes, clafoutis also exist in a salty version! For a goat cheese and cherry tomato clafoutis for 4 people, count:
– 300g of cherry tomatoes
– 3 eggs
– 30cl of milk, preferably whole
– 4 tbsp. flour
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 30g butter
– salt/pepper and Provencal herbs
– a log of goat cheese ( sliced).
Turn your oven to 180°C and butter the dish. Wash and cut the tomatoes in half and arrange them in the bottom of the dish. Whisk all the other ingredients in a dish. Pour the mixture over the tomatoes. Arrange the goat cheese on top. Bake for 40 mins. Bon appetit!

Clafoutis light with cherries

Essential of the genre, we offer you a light version of the cherry clafoutis. For 6 people, you will need:
– 3 eggs
– 1 tbsp. cornstarch and flour
– 80g sugar
– a vanilla pod
– 125ml skimmed milk
– 500g cherries
– 200g cheese 0% white (instead of liquid cream).
After turning on your oven at 180°C, whiten the eggs with the sugar, then add the cornstarch, vanilla beans and flour. Mix the cottage cheese and milk into a smooth preparation that you bind with the rest of the ingredients. Add the pitted fruit and pour everything into a buttered mold. 45 min of cooking and you're done!
