Spaghetti with snail butter:

250g of spaghetti, 150g of butter, 3 sprigs of chopped parsley, 2 shallots, 1/2 clove of garlic, salt and pepper.

Cook your spaghetti for 8 minutes. Meanwhile mix the butter with the garlic, shallot and chopped parsley. Add salt and pepper. Melt this butter very lightly in a small saucepan and mix it with the drained spaghetti.
