Difficulty: Beginner (Level 1)
Finely chop the smoked salmon, herbs, and garlic. Mix the salmon with flour and baking powder. Stir in the garlic, Espelette pepper, and chopped herbs to form a batter.
Scoop small portions into hot oil in a fryer. Fry until golden, drain on paper towels, and keep warm. Serve on lettuce leaves.
