The Brandt &Levie x Bocca chorizo goes well with the popular Espresso Martini in the evening and is suitable for the morning coffee moment. The coffee gives a surprisingly fresh-fruity counterbalance to the sharp notes of the ground aleppo and sansho peppers of the sausage. A true taste adventure for coffee and sausage lovers! The shared passion for quality and unique flavors gave the chefs of Brandt &Levie and the roasters of Bocca the idea of developing a chorizo with coffee. After several months of testing with different coffees roasted and ground in various ways, the South Ethiopian component of Bocca's Gusto was the perfect match.
