The bustling Neude is a household name and not only in Utrecht. The arrival of two new gems will soon make this charming square in the cathedral city even more sparkling. Because the former post office remained eerily dark for a long time, but that will change on March 13! The NODA and Meneer Potter catering establishments open their doors in the new Central Library of Utrecht. Where you can go to the homely city café Meneer Potter for that typical Utrecht cosiness, a tasty dish or a delicious cup of coffee while studying. And restaurant NODA will spoil you with a wide range of international dishes, including a beautiful view over the Oudegracht. From the opening on Friday 13 March, the Neude Library will be celebrating for two weeks. All activities during the festive weeks are free, so that everyone can explore, discover and try out the new Library.

These new hotspots have just opened or will open in 2020 Oven fresh pizzas in Rotterdam | PizzaBar Di Vicini
On March 6, 2020 PizzaBar di Vicini opens its doors in Kralingen in Rotterdam. This is the third restaurant of the Monte Bianco Group after Osteria Vicini and Fratelli di Vicini. Where you enjoy intimate Italy at Fratelli and families are highly valued at Osteria Vicini, the PizzaBar is the place for a spontaneous meeting at the bar while enjoying an oven-fresh pizza. Thin, crispy, fluffy, gluten-free or just off the plate; however you like your dough, the pizzas with creamy mozzarella cheese as a finishing touch are all equally tasty. As soon as you step inside, you are greeted by the smell of freshly baked pizzas and the softly colored interior. The large windows, light oak tables with brass accents and the original stone floor from 1928 bring the whole to life. The front part of the restaurant consists of a bar with 28 seats and provides a casual and homely atmosphere. An Aperol Spritz with a platter of hand-cut prosciutto and olives, surprising salads, grilled chicken or a (vegan) takeaway pizza; everything is possible at the PizzaBar!

It is close to Sloterdijk Station and looms up from the highway. In the building that is known to many as the former KPN building and where servers were still gathering dust on the top floor a while ago, an amazing rooftop restaurant will be opened from spring 2020. An awesome transformation that chef Tomer Agay and Uri Lahav take on. The gentlemen are also the founders of the successful and always packed restaurant Santa Katarina in bustling Tel Aviv. You can bet that culinary enthusiasts will be very happy with this. And anyone who wants to have a cocktail on the balcony on a summer evening will enjoy this to the fullest. Partly thanks to a beautiful view. You can also look out on Amsterdam all year round, because the space is surrounded by windows up to the ceiling. Moreover, the design of the restaurant comes from Piet Boon and completes the picture. This promises to be a place where you will want to spend many evenings.
