"Ma cuisine au thé", the box that integrates tea with sweet and savory recipes

Drinking tea is the ultimate relaxation activity for some of us:after a long day at work, the beverage makes the little time spent in front of the television even more comforting (not to mention the cupcakes that go with it, of course ). What we know less is that it can be an ingredient that makes all the difference… in the kitchen! The Palais des Thés brand is unveiling its “Ma cuisine au thé” box, which contains a selection of 5 meticulously chosen teas to develop new recipes or bring a touch of originality to dishes that have already been mastered. The different varieties – green tea, black tea, flavored tea, etc. – can be incorporated into sweet and savory preparations and the appearance of the leaves can also be adapted to dishes (dry, whole, ground) to provide the desired texture. But where to start ? Simply with the book of 20 recipes included in the box which offers to develop original starters, main courses and desserts lightly flavored or more full-bodied according to taste.

On the menu, fish and madeleines

The Japanese green tea "Sencha Ariake", for example, goes very well with fish, which is why it is included in a recipe for risotto with shrimps (we are already salivating), while the "Grand Yunnan Imperial" (" a powerful tea with aromas of waxed wood and honey"), it will go perfectly with the sweet flavor of madeleines. The 3 other types in the box are "Thé du Hammam" (scents of green date, orange blossom, red fruits, rose petals), "Chaï Impérial" (a black tea with a mixture of ) and matcha green tea, which needs no introduction. The box, which therefore contains 5 samples as well as the small recipe book, is sold for €27 on the official Palais des Thés website and in the shops present in the various cities of France. A good way to have fun and delight your loved ones with new flavors... Good tasting!
