Foods without expiry date, it exists!

Honey

With its high natural sugar content, honey can be kept for as long as you want! If it starts to crystallize over time, don't hesitate to reheat it for a few seconds, just to make it easier to spread on toast in the morning!

Pasta

If they are kept in a jar or in a tightly closed bag, these kitchen allies will never leave us. And fortunately, because in addition to being delicious, pasta saves us when we have nothing left in the fridge!

Salt

He never abandons us either, salt is the magic ingredient in our cupboard. With it, we can season our dishes without worrying about the weather!

Sugar

For the greediest, don't panic, the sugar can be kept. And even better:whether it's red or white, it doesn't matter!

Pulses

Pulses are red beans, chickpeas, lupins, broad beans or other split peas. All these vegetables are offered "dry", i.e. without water, and this is why they have no real expiry date. They are consumed by adding water (of course!), but without turning the package over to look at the date!

Maple syrup

We love it on pancakes, crepes or in yogurt! Maple syrup works like honey:even if it crystallizes a little, that doesn't mean it's expired.

Rice

Like pasta, these pretty white seeds do not age over time! No need to think before cooking a good risotto.

Cornstarch

We can call it the miracle starch! Composed of corn, cornstarch is a little essential for our cake batters, and we know it now, an eternal food!

Come on, we no longer worry about dates that don't mean anything and we don't hesitate to buy these non-perishable foods at the supermarket, without being afraid of wasting!
