The lineup includes timeless favorites like salmon rolls, teriyaki salmon sushi, salmon sushi, California salmon avocado, and cooked tuna with green apple. It also introduces three innovative recipes featuring Londoners' preferred ingredients: white truffle, tuna tartare, and avocado. Highlights include a flavorful California roll with tuna and white truffle, a 100% veggie hand roll with lime sauce and sansho pepper, and a spring roll with shrimp tempura and wasabi mayonnaise.
