Five easy recipes with children

Does your child sulk at the table? He never finds the dishes to his liking? Put an apron on him and get him involved in the kitchen. There is no doubt that he will do justice to the dish he has prepared himself. To do this, choose a simple and fun recipe, with ingredients he already knows and loves. (the following recipes are for 4 people).

Sausage Collars

Ingredients:a package of spaghetti, "Knacki" type sausages

Put a large quantity of water to boil in a saucepan.

Cut the sausages into small pieces. Each end should be about 2 centimeters thick.

Thread the small pieces of sausage over the spaghetti. It takes about 5 pieces of sausage for 5 spaghetti.

Cook everything in boiling water, like classic spaghetti.

Drain, add a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt and serve these magnificent sausage necklaces…

Chocolate rolls

Ingredients:a puff pastry, a jar of Nutella-type chocolate-hazelnut spread

Preheat the oven to thermostat 7.

Unroll the puff pastry.

Spread the spread evenly over the puff pastry using a tablespoon. Be careful that the layer is not too thick.

Roll the dough on itself then cut it into thin slices. The slices should be about 1 cm thick.

Arrange the small rolls flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Put in the oven and cook for ten minutes.

Take the rolls out of the oven and let them cool a little before serving them.

Ham and cheese twists

Ingredients:a puff pastry, two slices of ham, a packet of grated cheese

Preheat the oven to thermostat 7.

Unroll the puff pastry.

Arrange the three slices of ham on half of the dough, sprinkle a little grated Gruyère on top and fold the dough over on itself.

Then ask him to cut the semi-circle obtained into strips (about 2 centimeters thick.

Twist these strips (a bit like wringing a cloth) without breaking them, then place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Put in the oven and cook until the twists are golden brown.

Remove the twists from the oven and let them cool before serving.

Crispy chicken nuggets

Ingredients:4 small chicken cutlets, unsweetened corn flakes, two eggs

Cut the chicken cutlets into small pieces (not too small either) then salt them.

Put the cornflakes in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin or a bottle.

Beat the two eggs in a bowl

Dip the chicken pieces in the eggs then in the corn flakes, being careful.

Cook the nuggets in a frying pan or in the oven at thermostat 6 (in this case, remember to preheat the oven)

Homemade pizza

Ingredients:A rectangular pizza dough, a jar of tomato sauce, three slices of ham, 3 mushrooms, grated cheese

Preheat the oven to thermostat 7.

Unroll the pizza dough on a baking sheet, stretching it as much as possible.

Spread the tomato sauce all over the dough using a spoon. (leave no margin)

Cut the ham into small pieces and spread them over the pizza dough.

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and spread them evenly over the dough.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Place in the oven and cook until the cheese melts and the pastry is lightly browned.

Take the pizza out of the oven and cut it into small squares before serving.
