Ingredients
- 8 green asparagus, cooked
- 90 g smoked duck breast fillet
- 125 g raspberries
- 5 tbsp raspberry dressing
- 3 sprigs of chervil

Preparation
- Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
- Remove the bottom 2 cm of the asparagus and cook them for 3 minutes.
- Put the asparagus on a nice platter and sprinkle with half of the raspberry dressing and a few turns of black pepper. Now add the raspberries and duck breast, drizzle with the remaining dressing and garnish with picked chervil.
