Ingredients (per serving):
3 fresh dates (or 1.5 dried dates)
Juice of ½ lemon
½ vanilla pod, cut lengthwise
80 ml sparkling water
Garnish:

Lemon slice

Date mixture:
Pit and chop dates. Add lemon juice and blend smooth with a hand blender.
Vanilla water:
