Ice cubes are melting too fast and it's not very convenient to hold them catch when the water has melted.
Use a drip tray to slow down the melting of your ice cubes by avoiding letting them soak in water.
Keep them dry to catch them easier.
It's also more hygienic for your guests, it prevents them from dipping their hands in the water each in turn.
