1. Orange Vinegar Recipe

Do not get rid of your orange peels!

They will now be used to make a delicious flavored vinegar and it's super easy to make.

Cut orange zest (with untreated oranges!) avoiding taking the white part which gives bitterness.

Dip them in your white vinegar. And leave to macerate for 2 weeks then remove the zest.

Thanks to this recipe, this vinegar can accompany your cold salads or your red fruit cups.

This preparation also goes wonderfully with grilled duck breast!

Raspberry vinegar adds a refined and fragrant touch to your sweet or savory dishes.

In baking, it prevents the caramel from crystallizing and adds a slight tangy taste.

It can also enhance a salad or raw vegetables without adding oil!

Here we don't use white vinegar, but red wine vinegar.

To make your mixture, put 500 grams of raspberries in a jar and add 1 liter of red wine vinegar.

Leave to macerate for 10 days then filter your jar into a bottle.

Your delicious preparation is ready!
