- 1 small clove of garlic, finely minced
For the vegetable platter:
- 400g raw broccoli heads
- 14 cherry tomatoes
- ½ yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- 200 g of raw cauliflower florets
- Approximately 40 pretzel sticks
How to

Preparation time: 25 mins. Total preparation time: 1:25 a.m.
- In a small container, mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour for the flavors to blend well.
- Wash and dry the vegetables thoroughly.
- Cut the stems off the cauliflower and broccoli florets.
- Arrange the broccoli on a tray in the shape of a fir tree.
- Arrange the tomatoes to make the garland.
- Arrange the pepper strips to make a star shape.
- Place the cauliflower at the bottom to make snow like in the picture.
- Just before serving, add the pretzel sticks to make the trunk.
