Tips for a vegetarian barbecue

Even without meat and fish you can prepare delicious things on the barbecue. We have 6 vegetarian tips.

1. Fruits
Fruit is not only tasty in a fruit salad. You can also make a skewer and grill the fruit on the barbecue.

2. Meat substitutes and tofu
Many meat substitutes are suitable for barbecuing. Make a vegan burger or marinate tofu. Tofu is also delicious on a vegetable skewer.

3. Vegetables
Vegetables are delicious on the barbecue. Make skewers or wrap small vegetable packages in aluminum foil.

4. Mushrooms
Fill mushrooms or portobello mushrooms with different ingredients. Place them on the barbecue and after 10 to 20 minutes you have a tasty snack.

5. Baked potatoes
You can roast potatoes on the barbecue. Do not take too large pieces, cut them in the middle, wrap them in aluminum foil and turn them regularly during the barbecue until they are done.

6. Wraps
Make wraps or fill pita breads with different ingredients to taste. Don't forget the cheese!
