Difficulty: Easy
Unroll the dough and line a lightly oiled pie pan, centering it evenly. Prick the dough all over with a fork.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 7).
Prepare the cream: In a bowl, whisk together 3 whole eggs, 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla, 20 cl light cream, and 80 g powdered sugar until smooth. Pour this mixture over the dough in the pan. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel and core the apple, then cut it into thin wedges (about 16 pieces). Peel the bananas and slice them.
Remove the pie from the oven and arrange the fruit in overlapping circles, alternating banana slices and apple wedges. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons icing sugar. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes, checking doneness with a knife tip.
Note: Instead of oiling the pan, you can use the baking paper that comes with the dough.
