Crispy King Prawn Tempura Recipe with Eggplant and Zucchini
- 4 large king prawns
- 1 small eggplant
- 1 zucchini
- 1 large onion
- Tempura batter (prepared)

- Prepare the tempura batter according to your trusted recipe.
- Remove the heads from the prawns and shell the tails, keeping them intact for that classic presentation.
- Peel the onion and slice into 1 cm thick rings.
