They're stripping down for the provocative 2021 'Bloot voor Brood' calendar, aiming to sell at least 4,000 copies to provide vital financial aid to the sector. Notable participants include Freek van Noortwijk of Amsterdam's acclaimed BREDA and GUTS restaurants, and Erik van Loo, Michelin-starred chef at Rotterdam's Parkheuvel. The initiative is led by Foodl, a leading online marketplace for catering professionals.
