Healthy Magnum recipe:how to prepare this low-calorie ice cream?

You need:

  • 2 glazed bananas
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla extract
  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon liquid caramel
  • dark chocolate
  • coconut oil

Preparation steps:

  1. In a blender, add the bananas cut into pieces, the liquid vanilla, the yogurt and the maple syrup. Mix everything, you must obtain a creamy and homogeneous texture.
  2. In a ramekin with a high rim, pour 3/4 of the preparation. Press lightly with a spoon to form a hollow in the preparation. Then pour in the caramel, then cover with the last quarter of the preparation.
  3. Cook the chocolate and coconut oil in a bain-marie. Pour the mixture into the ramekin.
  4. Let stand in the fridge to solidify.
  5. Taste!
