Continuing its robust online delivery service, Nicolas wine merchant announced that most of its approximately 500 stores will reopen gradually in April, following implementation of stringent Covid-19 prevention measures, as detailed in a Thursday press release.
Amid containment protocols, Nicolas closed all physical stores but maintained operations through online delivery. Notably, wine merchants were permitted to stay open during this period.
To prioritize safety, Nicolas rolled out a comprehensive security plan, rigorously tested in select volunteer stores to safeguard customers and staff. Key protocols include admitting one customer at a time and accepting only credit card payments.
