Cheese with wine, a classic combination. Fancy trying something different? Combine your cheese board with tea.

Tea pairing is mainly done in China and Japan, but some restaurants in the Netherlands are also embracing the concept.

Barbara Veldhuizen of Teastreet shares which combinations of tea and cheese are a success. 'A surprising combination, but the cheese board also tastes even better when it is consumed with the right tea.'
