Ingredients
For 10 rolls
Preparation: 15 min. – Cooking time: 5 min.
- 250 g strawberries
- ¼ cantaloupe melon
- 1 tbsp basil, finely chopped
- juice of 1 lime
- 4 kiwis
- 10 rice sheets
For the chocolate sauce
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml whipped cream
Preparation
- Cut the strawberries and melon into small cubes. Gently mix in a bowl with the chopped basil and lime juice.
- Peel the kiwis and slice them thinly.
- For the sauce, finely chop the dark chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl. Heat the cream until boiling, then pour over the chocolate. Stir until smooth and glossy.
- Soften each rice sheet in water, add a portion of the fruit mixture, and top with 3 kiwi slices.
- Fold the top edge over the filling, tuck in the sides to form an envelope, then roll tightly. Serve with warm chocolate sauce.
