Four flavored water ideas

Place in the fridge for at least one hour in a carafe filled with one liter of water and the ingredients mentioned.

Strawberry-basil flavored water:take four cut strawberries, add half a sliced ​​lemon and two sprigs of basil.

Apple-cinnamon flavored water:cut an apple into thin slices and add a cinnamon stick.

Cucumber-mint flavored water:cut a small sliced ​​cucumber and a sprig of mint.

Water flavored with fresh verbena:add seven leaves of fresh verbena.

A lemonade packed with vitamins

We peel four organic lemons, mix the pulp, add a liter of water, a tablespoon of orange blossom water and two tablespoons of honey or agave syrup. Then we pour everything into a carafe with a few ice cubes and thin slices of lemon. But above all, we don't hesitate to make variations by adding our favorite fruits cut into pieces (and spices and herbs).

An iced green tea with peach

We peel and cut two peaches into pieces and a lemon, keeping the skin on – organic of course. Place the fruit in a carafe. Add a tablespoon of honey, sugar or agave syrup and then a tablespoon of green tea in a tea ball or bag. Fill the carafe with water and mix well. Place in the fridge and remove the tea after thirty minutes. We put the carafe back in the fridge for a few hours and enjoy our homemade ice-tea very chilled.
