Ingredients

- 100g organic ginger

- 2 organic lemons or 200 ml of lemon juice

- 100 ml apple juice

- 50 ml of liquid sweetener (for example, agave syrup, honey or birch sugar)

- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of turmeric and/or a pinch of cayenne pepper

- blender

- glass bottle

How to

Preparation: 3 min - For 1 person and 450 ml of drink

1. Peel the ginger and cut it into cubes.

2. Squeeze the lemons (don't throw away the lemon peels, they can be used).

3. Put it all in the blender and make a puree.

4. Add the spices if you wish and give a stroke of the blender.

5. Strain the mixture if you don't like thick consistencies.

6. Pour into the bottle and store in the fridge.
