No need to run and buy one.
The trick is very simple.
It consists of using a bottle of wine to spread it:
1. Take a full or empty wine bottle.
2. Clean it well with a damp cloth.
3. Roll it flat as if you were using a rolling pin.
4. Flatten the dough with the bottle.
There you go, you have flattened the dough without a rolling pin :-)
Simple, practical and effective!
You will be able to make your pizza, even without a rolling pin! And of course, it also works for making a quiche.
