Four o'clock pancake cake

Peel and core the pear and apples, then cut them into thin slices. Sauté them in the pan in the butter; when they are almost cooked, sprinkle them with sugar and let them brown slightly.

On a large round dish, place a pancake and cover it with jam and slices of fruit. Repeat this operation by stacking the pancakes one by one and finishing the assembly of the cake with the last pancake.

Drizzle with cooking juices from the fruit, serve immediately.
